Roz'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    8 oz. creamed cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large bowl at high speed, beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until creamy.
    Gradually beat in sugar and eggs.
    At low speed, beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Add butter and sour cream.
    Beat just until smooth.
