Fried Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. whiskey or rum
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks and salt; beat 10 minutes.
    Add sugar, egg white, vanilla and rum; beat.
    Add flour; knead until dough blisters.
    Roll paper thin on floured board; cut and bow.
    Fry in deep fat until lightly browned.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
