Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cucumbers
1 c. onions
1 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
Pour ingredients over cucumbers.
Stir and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Will last up to 3 months and longer.
Makes a very light summer salad.
