Cheese Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    (Do not beat.)
    Mix lightly by hand. Fill greased iron skillet or muffin pans 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
