Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. water
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. Cool Whip
    1 cold pie shell
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside.
    Soften cream cheese. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar; add liquid and mix real good.
    Mix in Cool Whip.
    Put in pie shell and refrigerate.
