Millet-Raisin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. hot water
    2 c. soaked, drained soy beans or 1 c. soy flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/4 c. uncooked millet
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Soak 3/4
    cup
    dry
    soy beans overnight.
    Drain.
    Blend beans with 2 cups hot water until creamy.
    Combine in saucepan with other
    ingredients
    and
    boil.
    Turn to low and simmer 45 minutes. Bake in hot oven to lightly brown top.
