Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 c. sharp cheese (I use whatever I have)
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
4 slices bread
6 to 8 eggs
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Beat eggs, cheese, milk and salt.
Place sausage on bread and then pour beaten egg mixture on top of the sausage.
Remaining cheese goes on top.
Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
