Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 carrot, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Add one teaspoon salt to cabbage and let stand one hour. Squeeze out the water and add the carrots and peppers to cabbage while cabbage is standing.
