Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a graham cracker crumb crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes until center is set. Cool, then refrigerate for about 3 hours.
