Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 small grated carrots
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted butter
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix butter and stuffing mix in bowl.
    Cook squash and onion and then add cream of chicken, sour cream, carrots and cheese.
    Line bottom of baking dish with 1/2 of stuffing mixture.
    Spread squash mixture as middle layer and remainder of stuffing mixture on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
