Golden Sausage Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter, softened
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Cook over low heat until done, turning to brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Combine flour, salt, paprika and cheese. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Mix with hands until dough is smooth. Shape 1 tablespoon of dough around each sausage ball, covering sausage completely. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Servings: 4 dozen.
