Crab-Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 each baking potatoes
1 each small onion, chopped
1/4 c. shredded crab meat
1/4 c. chopped pecan halves
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions, including tops
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced celery
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Microwave potatoes on High power for 12 minutes or cook potatoes in oven at 350\u00b0 until soft.
(Potatoes will bake in a hurry if they are boiled in salted water for about 10 minutes before popping into a very hot oven.)
