Three Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned with onion to taste and drained
    4 to 8 servings mashed potatoes
    1 lb. vegetables (your choice: corn, peas, carrots; mixed)
Preparation
    Cook the vegetables in microwave.
    Put vegetables in 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish. Add beef. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are golden brown, about 20 minutes.
