Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cubed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cubed ham, bacon or Spam
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    In a separate saucepan, add milk, flour and salt.
    Place milk and flour mixture on a warm burner, stirring slowly until mixture thickens.
    When mixture thickens, add cheese and stir.
    Drain potatoes; add meat and pour cheese sauce (mixture) over potatoes; bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Eat.
