Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. hen
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 large onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 small pkg. egg noodles
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Salt hen and cook.
    Remove from broth and cut in small pieces. Cook onion, celery and bell pepper in 1 cup of broth until tender.
    Cook noodles.
    Warm soup.
    Add chicken, onion, celery and bell pepper
    mix.
    In a 1-quart casserole dish, use alternate layers of noodles and chicken.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, approximately 25 minutes.
