Candied Spiced Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven at
    300\u00b0.\tMelt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan. Beat egg
    white,
    gradually adding sugar and salt until stiff. Fold in nuts.
    Add spices and cover over nuts.
    Spread mixture in buttered pan.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes, turning several times until nuts are lightly browned and crisp.\tCool in pan on wire rack for a\tfew minutes.

    on
    paper towels to cool completely and dry. Store in airtight container.
