Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. potato water
1 c. mashed potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
7 c. flour (approximately)
2 egg whites, beaten lightly, not too stiff

Preparation

Put yeast in bowl in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water.
