Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. white kernel corn, drained
oil for frying
powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oil to 350\u00b0, 3-inches deep.
Mix dry ingredients. Combine eggs, milk and butter; mix together with dry ingredients. Add corn and stir to combine.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil.
Deep fry about 5 minutes or until brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
