Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken; mix chicken and soup (no water) and sour cream.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Mash Ritz and spread over top.
    Melt oleo and spoon over Ritz.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
