Chicken With Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    2 c. hot water
    1 fryer, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine contents of box of rice and water in 2 1/2 quart casserole, salt and pepper chicken to taste.
    Arrange on top of rice mixture.
    Bake covered 1 1/4 hours at 375\u00b0.
    Saute almonds in margarine.
    Combine soup and milk.
    When casserole is done, pour soup and milk mixture over it.
    Put almonds on top and return to oven uncovered for about 20 minutes.
