Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix all together; top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be frozen.
