Peanut Butter Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter
    4 Tbsp. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
    Cook in salt water until tender but not mushy.
    Put in casserole.
    In a small bowl put peanut butter and water; smash with a fork until smooth and creamy.
    Add more water to keep smooth.
    Pour over potatoes as a gravy.
    You need enough to be level with potatoes in the casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or microwave about 5 minutes on High.
