Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
3/4 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 (No. 2) can fruit
Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish. Sift flour. Add 1 cup sugar and milk.
Beat well.
Pour into melted butter. Top with fruit. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve hot with whipped topping or ice cream. (Best if baking dish is glass at 325\u00b0.)
