Hot Pineapple Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 lemon peel and juice
    1 lime peel and juice
    3 Tbsp. honey
    dash of ground nutmeg
    fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Rinse lemon and lime.
    Peel.
    With a very sharp knife, remove the white membrane.
    Squeeze juice.
    Cut peel into very thin strips.
    Place peel, honey and nutmeg in a big punch bowl.
    Add lemon and lime juices.
    Heat the pineapple juice.
    Pour the hot pineapple juice over peel and spices.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Garnish and serve immediately.
    Serves 10.
