Fresh Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flat piece fresh brisket
    salt and pepper
    Lea & Perrins
    soy sauce
    Lawry's seasoning
Preparation
    Pour on liquids, salt and pepper and seasoning salt; turn and do the same to other side.
    Cover with foil tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
