Chinese Fried Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    4 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1/2 c. sugar
    salad oil
    salt
Preparation
    In large saucepan, over high heat, heat water to boiling.
    Add nuts and bring back to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Rinse nuts under hot water.
    Drain.
