Ingredients

3 sticks butter (real butter)
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 large egg yolks only
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour and egg yolks alternately. Add vanilla.
I spray cookie sheet with Pam.
Drop dough by teaspoon (level full).
Leave some space between cookies.
They do spread.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove from cookie sheet; place on cooling rack.
I find dough works better after cooling in refrigerator.
