French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large thick sliced sourdough bread
    egg substitute equal to 1 egg
    2 Tbsp. nonfat milk
    1 dash vanilla extract, orange extract or almond extract
Preparation
    Mix the egg substitute, milk and flavoring in a bowl and dip in the bread to soak up the mixture.
    Grill on a griddle sprayed with Pam.
    Serve with syrup, a fruit mixture or for something different, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
