Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. soy sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
    1 tsp. salad mustard
Preparation
    Marinate strips of venison about 1/4-inch thick overnight in covered glass bowl or container.
    Drain strips and put them on cookie sheets.
    Bake at 250\u00b0, turning twice until done, several hours.
    Keep unrefrigerated.
