Lamb Shish Kebab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil to suit
    garlic to suit
    bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
    onion, sliced
    oregano to suit
    soy bean sauce to suit
    1/2 pt. wine (Burgundy), to suit
    salt and pepper to suit
Preparation
    Cut leg of lamb into 1 1/2-inch squares.
    Remove fat. Marinate in mixture of ingredients for 4 to 24 hours.
