Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Stir the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt in a bowl and add to first mixture.
    Roll dough in hands; roll in cinnamon and sugar.
    Don't grease cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, but check.
    Do not overbake; cookies will not look brown at all, just set.
    Makes just 3 dozen.
