Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/4 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Hellmann's reduced fat mayonnaise
    1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
    canned onion rings
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; put in ovenproof casserole. Heat through at 325\u00b0.
    Top with French fried onion rings (canned) before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    May be doubled.
