Chicken Wings Korean Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

25 chicken wings
flour
1/4 c. sour sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Remove tips of wings and disjoint.
Dredge in flour and fry in hot oil.
Combine sour sauce, sugar, garlic powder, green onions, red peppers and sesame seed.
Bring to a boil, then simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Pour over chicken wings and serve at room temperature.
