Macaroni Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can tomatoes (12 oz.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet brown meat, add onions, celery, pepper and saute
    until brown.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Add
    macaroni, cover and cook over low heat until tender, stirring
    occasionally, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir in
    Parmesan cheese.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and let
    stand
    for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
