Ingredients

bell pepper, chopped
onion, chopped
green olives, chopped
1 box Dutch Ann tarts (frozen section)
Cheddar cheese
cooked bacon, sausage or ham (your choice; may substitute with drained spinach)
4 eggs
1 tsp. milk
Preparation

Recipe makes 4 or 5 tarts. Saute first 3 ingredients; put small amount in bottom of each tart. Next, add meat. Beat eggs with milk and pour over pepper mixture and meat until covered. Top with Cheddar cheese. Pop in 375\u00b0 oven and cook until puffed up and golden brown.
