Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole green chilies, slit, seeded and opened flat
    4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 jar Ortega green chile salsa or picante sauce
Preparation
    Stuff green chilies with Jack cheese and roll up.
    Place in greased, shallow 12 x 8-inch pan, seam side down.
