Congo Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. chocolate morsels
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan.
    Stir in brown sugar. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
    Beat eggs into sugar mix one at a time and add to flour mixture.
    Add chocolate morsels and chopped nuts.
    Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool, then cut into squares.
