Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 carton sour cream
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Hi Ho crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken, remove from bone, cut into pieces.
    Place in an 11 x 7-inch buttered dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Crush crackers and combine with poppy seed.
    Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Melt margarine and pour over top.
    Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
