Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 small onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    parsley to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare Minute rice in broth leftover from cooked chicken by package directions.
    Debone chicken.
    Mix well the chicken, soups, onion, parsley and pepper.
    Layer rice and chicken mixture alternately until all is used.
