Homemade Ice Cream(Hand Crank Or Electric) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can condensed milk
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar (4 or 5 qt.; 1 1/2 c. sugar for 6 qt.)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    fruit (strawberries, peaches, bananas, blueberries)
    1 gal. milk (whole or 2%)
    ice and rock salt
Preparation
    Add first 5 ingredients into metal container.
    Chop fruit in food processor.
    Add fruit to metal container.
    Add enough milk to reach fill line.
    Place mixer in container and cover.
    Put in bucket and a layer of ice, a layer of rock salt and 1 cup water. Repeat layers until bucket is full.
