Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shredded carrots
    1/3 c. shredded celery
    3/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 stick oleo
    3/4 c. flour
    1 small finely chopped onion
    4 c. milk
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Simmer carrots, celery and green onions in 2 cans of chicken broth.
    Saute onion in oleo and add flour and milk to make a white sauce.
    Combine these ingredients and add Cheez Whiz.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
