Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1-1/2 c. tomatoes, cooked
    2 c. lima beans, cooked
    2 slices bread, cut in 1/2 in. cubes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter or margarine until golden.
    Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add lima beans and mix well with tomato mixture.
    Turn into casserole dish.
    Toss bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 or until topping is well browned.
