Ground Beef Marsala(280 Calories Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. dry Marsala
Preparation
    About 30 minutes before serving, on waxed paper, shape ground beef into 8 flat, oval patties.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook patties and onion until patties are browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, Marsala and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and turning patties once.
    To serve, pour sauce over patties.
    Makes 4 servings.
