Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Scramble eggs to moist stage.
    Season with salt and pepper; add parsley.
    Add cheese and sour cream.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch square baking pan.
    Sprinkle bacon over eggs.
    Chill, covered, for several hours or overnight.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
