Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. haddock or cod fillets
    3 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion
    4 cubed potatoes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Boil fish in water.
    Saute onion until golden brown.
    Add to stock.
    Add cubed potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft.
    Add milk, butter and seasoning.
    Serves 6.
