Fish Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. haddock or cod fillets
3 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion
4 cubed potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. hot milk
Preparation
-
Boil fish in water.
Saute onion until golden brown.
Add to stock.
Add cubed potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft.
Add milk, butter and seasoning.
Serves 6.
