Cottage Potatoes(8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 slice bread
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Colby cheese
    1 c. (2 sticks) melted butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    Peel potatoes and cube.
    Salt and pepper.
    Dice vegetables, cheese and bread and add to potatoes.
    Pour melted butter over and mix.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
