Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk (more if batter is too thick)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
    Mix egg and milk together.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Hold finger over hole in a funnel bottom and pour batter into the funnel.
    Remove finger and let batter drop in a spiral motion into pan filled with 1-inch of hot oil (375\u00b0).
    Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
