Beefy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked shredded beef
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    12 corn tortillas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Combine beef, 1/2 cup cheese and onion; set aside.
    Combine soups and enchilada sauce.
    Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture.
    Roll up.
    Place seam side down in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour sauce over and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
