Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild or regular sausage
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients by hand until well blended.
    Roll into dime size balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 to 2-inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
