Japanese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
    soy sauce
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. onions
    1 c. carrots
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add onions, peppers and carrots. Saute until brown.
    Add soy sauce and chopped meat.
    Brown well. Add rice and cook until done.
